Senator Scott’s plan works to give families more flexibility to choose coverage that truly fits their needs by increasing transparency in the system, allowing them to shop across state lines, and sending any federal subsidies directly to Americans, not to insurance companies, using HSA-style Trump Health Freedom Accounts to put health care decisions in Americans’ hands.

Senator Scott also outlined his proposal in his recent Fox news op-ed, I Grew Up in Public Housing and I Know How to Fix Obamacare.
